How Do I Get Started?

 

Below is a list of documents to be submitted together with your application:

 

  • All Bank Correspondence/Foreclosure notices, if any.

  • A Hardship letter signed by the borrower, explaining his/her circumstances as well as the need to modify the loan.

  • The most recent mortgage statement for each loan.

  • Two Months worth of bank statements for all borrowers (or 6 months if self-employed).

  • One Month worth of pay stubs for all borrowers.

  • Two years worth of tax returns, including W-2's, 1099's, and all borrowing schedules for all borrowers.

  • Insurance Information (agent name, company, address, phone, email, and policy number).

  • Any documents proving and verifying hardship (Death Certificate, Divorce Bills, Medical Bills etc.).

  • Your loan paperwork (HUD-1 Settlement Statement, Good Faith Estimate, Truth in Lending Disclosures, Promissory Note, Deed of Trust etc.)

  • The most recent property tax bill along with a proof of taxes having been paid.
