Thank your for all the fantastic help during my recent modification.  The result truly left me speechless.  I missed 5 payments, had absolutely no money to make all these monthly payments, and you still managed to cut my monthly payments in half!  The $886.56 payments that I had no way of paying were reduced to a much more sensible $338.00 a month!  And once I found out that the bank forgave my half a year worth of mortgage payments, I was simply shocked.  Thanks to you guys, I saved over 10 grand a year!!! Hey Anna it’s Daniel here,

The bank just sent me a letter qualifying me for a permanent modification.  It took a lot of time and effort but it was definitely worth it.  Sorry about both mine and my wife’s constant nagging over the phone but we were in a really hard situation where we till the very last moment we weren’t sure if we would qualify or not.  We’ve already been conned once by another financial services firm, and really didn’t want to repeat the same mistake.  Thanks for the understanding.

And of course thank you for all your help!  We’ve worked with a lot of legal professionals and I must say that none of them were as trustworthy and transparent as you.  I know scammers when I see them.  You guys were honest and transparent, keeping me posted with weekly updates and phone calls.  I have already recommended you to all my friends.

You know a solid law firm when you see it and ZeTrust Legal Services P.C. is definitely one of them.  True, they take their time to handle the case, but they always do it thoroughly and very professionally.  I own a lot of real estate in the area.  Since the recession has pushed me into some unplanned short sales, I needed a reliable partner to help me out.  Although ZeTrust were relatively new in to the neighborhood I decided to give them a shot – and believe me, I didn’t get disappointed!
